Delete your Daiva Sneham account

Delete in the app

1. Open Daiva Sneham and sign in to the account you want to delete.

2. Open Settings → Delete account.

3. Read the confirmation and confirm permanent deletion. This cannot be undone.

No longer have the app?

Email the contact address below with the subject “Daiva Sneham account deletion”. Tell us that you want your account and associated data deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership of the registered phone number. Never send us your password or OTP.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your account profile and phone number, synced private prayer intentions, community posts and comments, bookmarks, circle memberships, prayer marks, notification preferences, event registrations, volunteer interests and login sessions.

Anonymised candle totals are not linked to your account. Records of gift payments, if any, are dissociated from your account and their personal messages removed. [TODO: confirm any required payment-record retention and legal basis].

Private intentions kept only on another device are not on the server. Use the app’s clear-device-data setting on any other device where you saved them.
