Shipping and delivery policy
How rosaries and other items from Daiva Sneham are delivered.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in India. Items are sent by India Post or a courier partner from Thrissur, Kerala, by Velocrew Technologies, Thrissur, Kerala 680552.
Delivery time and cost
Orders are packed and sent within 2 working days of payment and usually arrive in 5–7 working days (remote areas can take longer). Delivery is included in the price; there is no extra charge.
Tracking
When your order is sent, the courier name and tracking number appear in the app under My orders. You can also email support@daivasneham.com with your order number.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address and PIN code before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody received it, we will contact you to send it again.
